The olive trees hidden in the lush gardens of Ela Excellence are witness to many tales in these lands where they have taken root for centuries. Now, you can write your own story under the canopy of these ancient trees. The Olive Festival comes to life every year to remind us that olives are not just a fruit, but a cultural heritage. Experience the healing power of nature in an array of workshops from mosaic-making to mindfulness sessions, held under the muted shade of approximately 60 olive trees. Children will plant olives by hand and establish their first connection with Mother Nature.
As the sunset approaches, chefs will present specially prepared menus of flavors blended with the aroma of olives. These culinary delights will tantalize your taste buds while being serenaded by the whimsical notes of the harp.
