LovEla is a loyalty program with benefits offered to guests who regularly stay at Ela Excellence Resort in Belek.

Who can become a member of the LovELA Program?
The LovEla Program is open to all individuals over the age of 18 on a case-by-case basis. It is not open to legal entities, groups, or associations.

How can I become a LovELA member?
You can easily become a member by filling out the membership form on the Ela Hotels website https://www.elahotels.com/ or the Ela Resort app. Only basic information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number are required.

When can I start enjoying the privileges?
Individuals who apply to the LovEla membership card program can benefit from exclusive privileges and offers upon final acceptance into the program.

How many levels are there in the program?
The program consists of four levels. First is the GOLD level where you can enjoy benefits from the first day you join the program. The second level is PLATINUM, and the third level is DIAMOND. The fourth level, STAR, is the highest level where you can enjoy exclusive member benefits.

How do I get to the next level?
The longer you stay in the LovEla program the more points you can earn. As points earned from your stays accumulate, you can upgrade to the next level.

How can I spend the points earned?
LovEla points earned by spending on accommodation are credited to your member account as status points. You can benefit from the privileges and discounts of your card type.

When will my points be credited to my account?
You will earn LovEla points based on your accommodation stays. Your earned points will be credited to your member account after check-out.

Can I combine two separate LovELA accounts / points?
It is not possible for more than one person to make a joint application, for members to combine or transfer LovEla points, or for the same person to make more than one application to the program.

How long are the points valid for?
LovEla points are valid for 36 months. At the end of this period, members will forfeit LovEla points and benefits.
